3. Why does my pet need a Certificate of Health?

Just like humans, pets can transmit bacteria and diseases to others. In order to protect other pets and drivers on board, we require a certificate of health to ensure your pet is safe to travel. This is in accordance with USDA regulations stating that pets traveling through the United States must have an official health certificate. With that being said, there are no exceptions to this rule.

4. How often will my pet receive exersize?

Just like humans, pets need exercise too. All animals on board receive exercise every 3 to 4 hours of the drive, which usually entails a 20 minute walk. During this break, we also perform routine cleaning, so they are ready for the next leg of the trip.

5. Do you work with special needs pets?

Of course! Smith & Son's welcomes pets from all walks of life. If vou pet requires special accommodations, please be sure

7. What will my pet be fed during the transport?

All pets during the transport will be fed a hi-quality food and clean, purified water. However, if you have a particular food you want your pet fed you can send that food and tell us your feeding schedule and we will follow it. If your pet runs out of food we will feed our high-quality food .
